摘　　要：本文主要针对影响临床医学硕士研究生创新力的因素进行研究,重点从教育体制与培养模式、导师队伍与指导质量、科研资源与环境、学生自身因素4个方面分析当前临床医学硕士教育中存在的问题。并提出了一系列具有针对性的改进建议,如改革教育体制与培养模式、加强导师队伍建设与指导质量、完善科研资源与环境、提升学生自身素质与能力等,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考和建议。This paper mainly studies the factors that affect the innovation ability of postgraduates in clinical medicine,and analyzes the problems existing in the current education of postgraduates in clinical medicine from four aspects:education system and training mode,tutor team and guidance quality,scientific research resources and environment,and students'own factors.A series of targeted improvement suggestions are put forward,such as reforming the education system and training mode,strengthening the construction of tutor team and the quality of guidance,improving the scientific research resources and environment,and improving the students'own quality and ability,so as to provide reference and suggestions for the research in related fields.
