摘  要:目的探讨实施责任分层管理对提升医院卫生管理人员工作质量与员工满意度的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月烟台桃村中心医院28名医院卫生管理人员作为传统组,实施传统管理模式;选取2023年1—12月同一批管理人员为探究组,实施责任分层管理模式。对比两组管理效果。结果探究组的工作质量评分及工作投入度均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度为100.00%(28/28),高于传统组的78.57%(22/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05)。结论责任分层管理模式的实施有效提升了医院卫生管理人员的工作质量、工作投入度与员工满意度。Objective To explore the effect of implementing responsibility stratification management on improving the work quality of hospital health managers and employee satisfaction.Methods From January to December 2022,twenty-eight hospital health managers in Yantai Taocun Central Hospital were selected as the traditional group to implement the traditional nursing management mode;From January to December 2023,the same managers were selected as the exploratory group to implement the responsibility layered management mode.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The work quality scores and work engagement of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction in the exploratory group was 100.00%(28/28),which was higher than 78.57%(22/28)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management model of responsibility effectively improves the work quality,work engagement and employee satisfaction of hospital health managers.
