摘  要:目的探究对心血管内科护理人员展开连续排班与分层级管理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年7月山东省立第三医院心血管内科的46名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年6月应用常规护理管理(对照组),2023年7月—2024年7月应用连续排班与分层级管理(观察组),对比两组的护理质量、差错事件发生情况、考核成绩。结果观察组的护理管理质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组发生3起差错事件,对照组发生10起差错事件。观察组护理人员的职业道德、理论知识、护理操作、团队协作评分分别为(93.16±3.36)分、(90.68±3.17)分、(92.09±4.32)分、(93.04±4.17)分,高于对照组的(90.44±4.27)分、(87.65±2.22)分、(89.14±4.01)分、(90.92±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.395、5.310、3.394、2.604,P均<0.05)。结论针对心血管内科护理人员采取连续排班与分层级管理,可提升科室护理服务质量,减少护理工作的不良事件。Objective To explore the effect of continuous scheduling and hierarchical management of nursing staff in cardiovascular department.Methods From January 2022 to July 2024,forty-six nurses in the Department of Cardiovascular of Shandong Provincial Third Hospital were selected as the study subjects.Routine nursing management was applied from January 2022 to June 2023(control group),and continuous scheduling and hierarchical management were applied from July 2023 to July 2024(observation group).The nursing quality,occurrence of error events and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing management quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 3 errors in the observation group and 10 errors in the control group.The scores of professional ethics,theoretical knowledge,nursing operation and teamwork of nursing staff in the observation group were 93.16±3.36,90.68±3.17,92.09±4.32 and 93.04±4.17,which were higher than those in the control group 90.44±4.27,87.65±2.22,89.14±4.01,90.92±3.62,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.395,5.310,3.394,2.604,all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous scheduling and hierarchical management for nursing staff in cardiovascular department can improve the quality of nursing service and reduce the adverse events in nursing.
