摘 要:目的探究在护士管理中应用人文关怀导向管理对自身素养的影响。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月在长春市中心医院任职的13名护士作为研究对象,根据不同管理模式分为两组,参照组(2022年5月—2023年5月,实施常规管理)、观察组(2023年6月—2024年6月,实施人文关怀导向管理)。比较两组自身素养、职业倦怠感及职业获益感评分。结果观察组临床实践技能操作(96.22±1.07)分、专业理论知识(96.50±1.04)分、团队合作(96.07±1.03)分、应急事件解决能力(96.03±1.04)分,均高于对照组的(95.18±1.08)分、(95.21±1.05)分、(95.08±1.08)分、(95.07±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.466、3.147、2.392、2.342,P均<0.05)。两组职业倦怠感评分比较,观察组情绪耗竭及去人格化评分均更低、个人成就感评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组职业获益感评分比较,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论人文关怀导向管理应用于护士管理中,可提高其自身素养,并改善其职业倦怠感、提高职业获益感。Objective To explore the influence of the application of humanistic care oriented management in the management of nurses on their own quality.Methods A total of thirteen nurses who served in Changchun Central Hospital from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different management modes,they were divided into two groups,the control group(from May 2022 to May 2023,routine management was implemented)and the observation group(from June 2023 to June 2024,humanistic care-oriented management was implemented).The scores of self-literacy,job burnout and career benefit were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical practice skills,professional theoretical knowledge,teamwork and emergency event solving ability in the observation group were 96.22±1.07,96.50±1.04,96.07±1.03 and 96.03±1.04,which were higher than 95.18±1.08,95.21±1.05,95.08±1.08 and 95.07±1.05 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.466,3.147,2.392,2.342,all P<0.05).Comparing the scores of job burnout between the two groups,the scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in the observation group were lower,and the scores of personal accomplishment were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The occupational benefit scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care-oriented management in the management of nurses can improve their own quality,improve their sense of job burnout and improve their sense of professional benefit.
