摘  要:目的探讨岗位分层级管理策略对康复医学科护理人员工作质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2022年12月淄博市市级机关医院康复医学科的11名护理人员作为传统组,实施传统管理模式。2023年1月—2024年6月将同一批护理人员纳入探究组,实施岗位分层级管理策略。对比两组工作质量、职业压力、工作满意度。结果探究组工作准确性、应急响应能力、时间管理、交接班效率评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组职业压力评分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组工作环境(19.37±0.20)分、团队协作(19.26±0.28)分、管理策略(19.39±0.20)分、职业发展(19.44±0.13)分,高于传统组(18.66±0.24)分、(18.42±0.33)分、(18.45±0.16)分、(18.57±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.538、6.437、12.172、9.079,P均<0.05)。结论岗位分层级管理策略在康复医学科护理人员团队建设中,不仅能够提高护理人员的工作质量,还能有效降低其职业压力并提升工作满意度。Objective To explore the effect of post hierarchical management strategy on the work quality and satisfaction of nursing staff in rehabilitation medicine department.Methods From July 2021 to December 2022,eleven nursing staff in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Zibo Municipal Organization Hospital were selected as the traditional group to implement the traditional management mode.Subsequently,from January 2023 to June 2024,the same group of nursing staff was included in the inquiry group to implement the post hierarchical management strategy.The work quality,occupational stress and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work accuracy,emergency response ability,time management and handover efficiency in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The occupational stress scores of the inquiry group were lower than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The working environment,teamwork,management strategy and career development of the exploration group were 19.37±0.20,19.26±0.28,19.39±0.20,19.44±0.13,which were higher than 18.66±0.24,18.42±0.33,18.45±0.16,18.57±0.29 of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.538,6.437,12.172,9.079,all P<0.05).Conclusion Post hierarchical management strategy can not only improve the work quality of nursing staff,but also effectively reduce their occupational stress and improve job satisfaction in the construction of nursing staff team in rehabilitation medicine department.
