摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的突破和快速发展,数字经济时代企业的数智化转型也进入了新的阶段。物业服务行业处于地产产业链与大消费服务行业的交集,在数智化转型方面有着较为迫切的需求,文章选择以物业服务行业的业财中台建设作为主题,以财务数智化转型为切入,结合过往物业企业业财中台建设项目的工作思考,探讨基于中台架构、建设业财中台推动物业服务企业的财务数智化转型。With the breakthrough and rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the digital transformation of enterprises in the digital economy era has also entered a new stage.The property service industry is at the intersection of the real estate industry chain and the large consumer service industry,and there is an urgent need for digital transformation.This article chooses the construction of the business finance platform in the property service industry as the theme,and takes the financial digital transformation as the starting point.Combining with the work thinking of past property enterprise business finance platform construction projects,it explores the promotion of financial digital transformation of property service enterprises based on the platform architecture and construction business finance platform.
