摘　　要：数字化与文旅产业融合,有利于推动小城镇文旅产业结构的优化与升级,有利于催生小城镇文旅产业的新模式和新业态。数字化是推动小城镇文旅经济创新发展的关键要素。但目前我国小城镇还存在着数字基础设施薄弱,数字化生态基础差;政策法规针对性弱,监管机制不健全;复合型人才匮乏,培育机制不匹配;数字技术成本大,运营管理难题多等现实困难。基于此,本文提出了制定具体政策和法规,加强监管机制建设;拓宽资金投入渠道,加强数字基础设施建设;优化人才培养制度,加快人才精准培养;创新产业合作模式,打造数字化与文旅深度融合产业链等实践策略。The combination of digitalization and tourism industry is conducive to the optimization and upgrading of tourism industry structure in small towns,and to the emergence of new models and forms of tourism industry in small towns.That is to say,digitalization is the key factor to promote the innovation development of tourism economy in small towns.But at present,there are still some problems in our small cities and towns,such as weak digital infrastructure,poor digital ecological foundation,weak policies and regulations,imperfect supervision mechanism,lack of multi-talented people,and mismatched cultivation mechanism,the digital technology cost is big,the operation management difficult problem and so on reality difficulty.Based on this,this paper proposes to formulate specific policies and regulations,strengthen the construction of supervision mechanism,broaden the channels of capital investment,strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,optimize the system of personnel training,speed up the accurate training of personnel,innovate industry cooperation model,create digital travel deep integration industry chain and other practical strategies.
