摘 要:文章旨在探究纤维素酶青贮玉米秸秆对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及屠宰性能的影响。试验选择200头健康的西门塔尔杂交肉牛,每头体重(500±5.50)kg,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头牛,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮(混合精料+玉米秸秆青贮,精粗比为45:55),3个试验组分别饲喂混合精料+0.5%、1%和2%纤维素酶处理的玉米秸秆青贮。预试验14 d,正式试验90 d。结果表明,玉米秸秆青贮添加0.5%、1%、2%纤维素酶后,显著提高了试验组肉牛终末体重(FBW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(F/G)(P<0.05);添加0.5%、1%、2%纤维素酶后,显著提高了试验组肉牛对干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.5%、1%、2%的纤维素酶后,肉牛的胴体重、屠宰率和眼肌面积显著提高(P<0.05),肉牛的背膘厚度显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,纤维素酶青贮玉米秸秆对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及屠宰性能有显著影响,且纤维素酶的添加量为2%时效果最好。This research examined the impact of supplementing corn stover silage with cellulase on beef cattle's growth,nutrient digestion,and slaughter outcomes.Utilizing 200 Simmental crossbred cattle(500±5.50)kg,they were randomized into four groups(n=50 per group,with 10 cattle per replicate).The control received a standard diet(45%roughage:55%concentrate),while three experimental groups ingested the same diet supplemented with 0.5%,1%,and 2%cellulase,respectively.Following a 14-day adaptation,the 90-day study revealed significant improvements in FBW,ADG and ADFI(P<0.05)in experimental groups compared to the control.Notably,the feed conversion ratio(F/G)was lower(P<0.05).Digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)also improved significantly(P<0.05).Slaughter performance,including carcass weight,yield,and ribeye area,increased,while backfat thickness decreased(P<0.05)in cellulase-fed cattle.The more significant effects were observed when the cellulase addition level was 2%.
