乡村振兴背景下大学生“农创客”饲料行业创业的可行性、难点及实践路径

摘　　要：乡村振兴政策的实施为大学生“农创客”提供了丰富的政策支持,饲料产品需求的增加为大学生“农创客”提供了市场空间,大学生拥有的技术与知识优势提升了他们对饲料市场趋势的洞察力。然而,当前大学生“农创客”饲料行业创业依然存在融资难、技术研发与产品市场对接障碍以及人才招募难等问题。因此,在乡村振兴战略实施的背景下,大学生“农创客”进入饲料行业创业能得到丰富的政策支持,乡村振兴背景下大学生“农创客”饲料行业创业应采取多元化的融资策略,控制饲料生产的成本,深化产学研合作,以市场为导向研发饲料产品,优化人力资源激励制度,做好内部培训和团队建设。The implementation of rural revitalization policies provides abundant policy support for college students who are“agri-preneurs,”while the growing demand for feed products offers them ample market opportunities.Their technological and knowledge advantages enhance their insight into feed market trends.However,college student“agri-preneurs”still face challenges such as difficulty in financing,obstacles in aligning technology research and development with product markets,and difficulties in talent recruitment when starting businesses in the feed industry.Therefore,under the backdrop of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,college student“agri-preneurs”entering the feed industry can receive rich policy support.Accordingly,they should adopt a diversified financing approach for their feed industry startups,tighten control over feed production costs,deepen the collaboration among industry,academia,and research,orient their feed product development towards market demands,refine incentives systems for human resources,and prioritize internal training and team development.
