摘  要:为提高变电站巡检机器人的响应速度,在分析变电站监控系统和机器人网络系统的基础上,开发了一套基于站内监控数据的智能联动系统。系统由数据采集模块、数据传输模块、巡检系统模块组成,具有现场控制中心、远程监控中心两大后台,通过站内异常告警信号自动定位故障间隔,实时联动站内巡检机器人,实现快速自主数据采集、实时信息传输。现场实际应用情况表明,智能联动系统能够快速调动巡检机器人完成联动巡视,为技术人员提供快速、有效的数据分析,缩短故障处理时间。In order to improve the response speed of substation inspection robots,based on a detailed analysis of the substation monitoring system and robot network system,an intelligent linkage system based on station monitoring data has been developed.It consists of three major systems:data acquisition,data transmission,and inspection system.It has two back-end systems:on-site control center and remote monitoring center.Through abnormal alarm signals in the station,the fault interval is automatically located,and the station inspection robots are linked in real time to achieve fast autonomous data acquisition and real-time information transmission.The actual application on site shows that the intelligent linkage system can quickly mobilize inspection robots to complete linkage inspections,providing technical personnel with fast and effective analysis data and shortening the time for fault handling.
