摘 要:针对传统皮带输送机永磁同步电机(PMSM)通过机械式传感器获得转子参数存在受外部环境影响大、可靠性低的问题,研究了一种采用高频注入法的无传感器控制系统。通过高频脉振信号注入法对皮带输送机PMSM进行转子参数的提取,并对龙伯格状态观测器进行了改进,在皮带输送机低速运行时达到高性能控制的目的。A sensorless control system using high-frequency injection method was studied to address the problem of traditional belt conveyor permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)using mechanical sensors to obtain rotor parameters,which is greatly affected by external environment and has low reliability.The rotor parameters of the PMSM belt conveyor were extracted using high-frequency pulse signal injection method,and the Luenberger state observer was improved to achieve high-performance speed control during low-speed operation of the belt conveyor.
