摘 要:随着教育改革的深入推进,体育教学逐渐从传统的技能训练转向综合素质培养,强调学生的全面发展。然而,当前八年级体能训练中仍存在诸多问题,难以满足学生的身心发展需求。心肺耐力作为体能训练的核心指标之一,直接影响学生的健康水平和学习效率,因此,如何有效提升学生的心肺耐力成为体育教学的重要课题。近年来,游戏化学习作为一种新兴的教学方法,因其趣味性、互动性和即时反馈等特点,逐渐被引入教育领域,并在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学习效果方面展现出显著优势。对此,本文通过阐述游戏化学习的理论基础,进而分析八年级体能训练的现状与需求,在此基础上探讨游戏化学习提升八年级学生心肺耐力的策略,旨在为体育教学改革提供理论依据和实践指导,促进学生身心健康发展。With the deepening of education reform,physical education has gradually shifted from traditional skills training to comprehensive quality training,emphasizing the overall development of students.However,there are still many problems in the current eighth grade physical training,which is difficult to meet the needs of students'physical and mental development.As one of the core indicators of physical training,cardiorespiratory endurance directly affects students'health and learning efficiency,so how to effectively improve students'cardiorespiratory endurance has become an important topic in physical education.In recent years,game-based learning,as an emerging teaching method,has been gradually introduced into the field of education due to its interesting,interactive and instant feedback features,and has shown significant advantages in stimulating students'interest in learning and improving learning effects.In this regard,this paper explains the theoretical basis of game-based learning,then analyzes the current situation and needs of eighth grade physical training,and on this basis,discusses the strategy of game-based learning to improve the cardiorespiratory endurance of eighth grade students,with the aim of providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the reform of physical education teaching,and promoting students'physical and mental health development.
