大学生自我教育及其在德育过程中的作用分析

摘　　要：在高等教育体系中,德育始终占据着举足轻重的地位,是培养全面发展高素质人才的关键环节。伴随时代的迅猛发展,大学生群体的思想观念、行为模式愈发多元复杂,传统德育模式面临诸多严峻挑战。在此背景下,大学生自我教育作为一种强调学生主体地位、注重内在驱动的教育形式,日益受到学界与教育界的广泛关注。大学生自我教育能够充分调动学生自身的积极性与创造性,促使其从被动接受德育转变为主动探索、自我提升,对提升德育质量、助力大学生成长成才意义非凡。对此,本文通过分析大学生自我教育的概念与内容,进一步提出大学生自我教育在德育过程中的作用以及当前大学生自我教育存在的问题,在此基础上探究提升大学生自我教育能力的策略,旨在为强化大学生德育工作、促进其全面发展提供理论参考与实践指导。Moral education has always played a crucial role in the higher education system and is a key link in cultivating high-quality talents for comprehensive development.With the rapid development of the times,the ideological concepts and behavioral patterns of college students have become increasingly diverse and complex,and traditional moral education models are facing many severe challenges.In this context,self-education of college students,as an educational form that emphasizes the student's subject status and focuses on internal motivation,is increasingly receiving widespread attention from academia and the education industry.Self education for college students can fully mobilize their own enthusiasm and creativity,prompting them to shift from passive acceptance of moral education to active exploration and self-improvement,which is of great significance for improving the quality of moral education and helping college students grow and succeed.In this regard,this article analyzes the concept and content of self-education for college students,further proposes the role of selfeducation for college students in the process of moral education,and the current problems in self-education for college students.Based on this,it explores strategies to enhance the self-education ability of college students,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for strengthening the moral education work of college students and promoting their comprehensive development.
