喷雾干燥法制备球形氧化铝超细粉体

摘　　要：本文以Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O和NH_(4)HCO_(3)为原料,使用化学滴定得到溶胶(pH为7~7.5),结合喷雾干燥和高温烧结制备了具有单分散性的球形氧化铝前驱体粉末以及α-Al_(2)O_(3)超细粉体。利用热重(TG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和高分辨扫描电镜(HRSEM)研究了滴定条件、喷雾参数以及烧结温度对产物粒径和形貌的影响,结果表明:NH_(4)HCO_(3)促进了反应过程中溶胶的生成,溶胶、Al(OH)_(3)悬浊液、Al[OCH(CH_(3))_(2)]_(3)溶液分别通过喷雾干燥后,只有溶胶产物能够获得具有较好烧结活性的球形或者近球形氧化铝前驱体粉末。随着煅烧氧化铝前驱体粉末温度变化,前驱体直接从无定型过渡到α-Al_(2)O_(3)相;升温到1000℃并保温2 h,得到了粒径分布为700 nm~2μm的α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体。比表面测试发现粉体内部含有介孔结构,平均孔径为6.66 nm。Aluminum oxide is a white solid material that is odorless,tasteless,easily hygroscopic but not deliquescent.It is a typical amphoteric oxide and almost insoluble in water and non-polar organic solvents.Its melting point is as high as 2054℃and its chemical bonds are extremely stable.The different crystal forms of alumina and its hydrates,due to their excellent high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high chemical stability,good dielectric properties,high hardness,high melting point,and excellent wear resistance,determine their wide applications in the fields of petrochemicals,electronics,refractory materials,ceramics,abrasives,pharmaceuticals,and aerospace.The application performance of alumina in many fields is closely related to the morphology and size of the raw material powder particles.Among different shapes of powder particles,spherical particles have regular morphology,smaller specific surface area,higher packing density,and better flowability,which can greatly improve the application performance of products.For example,spherical micro powders have good compression molding and sintering characteristics,which can produce high-quality ceramic products;Due to the good density and high corrosion resistance hardness of spherical alumina powder,as a polishing material,it not only has uniform particle size distribution and size,but also is corrosion-resistant,which can obtain better chemical polishing abrasives.It can not only reduce the wear and corrosion on the surface of the workpiece,but also increase the service life of the workpiece;Gamma Al2O3 spherical alumina,due to its high catalytic activity,large specific surface area,and high porosity,is more easily used as a catalyst than titanium dioxide.It has a wider range of applications in hydrocracking,catalytic reforming,propane dehydrogenation,purification of gas-phase oil products,and industrial wastewater purification;Spherical alumina has the characteristics of high hardness,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance,regular morphology,uni
