摘　　要：本文以ISO10010:2022《质量管理——理解、评估和改进组织质量文化指南》为蓝本,在简介质量文化特征和功能,质量文化与组织文化的关系,以及影响组织质量文化的关键因素基础上,介绍质量文化建设绩效的监视和测量,以及组织预期质量文化和当前质量文化的分析比较,进而采取措施改善、变革、实现预期的质量文化。This paper is based on IsO 10010:2022 Quality management-Guidance to understand,evaluate and improve organizational quality culture,in the analysis of the relationship of quality culture characteristics and function,quality culture and the key factors affecting the quality culture,monitoring and measurement of the quality culture construction performance,analysis and comparison between the current quality culture and the expected quality culture,then take measures to improve,change and realize the expected quality culture.
