摘  要:贝氏体钢被广泛应用在铁路辙叉、钢轨、轴承和耐磨板等领域。磨损作为其主要失效形式之一,其磨损机理一直是关注的热点。研究贝氏体钢的磨损机制对于贝氏体钢的应用具有重要意义。采用磨损试验和有限元模拟的方法对贝氏体钢的磨损机制进行了分析。结果表明,随着磨损时间的增加,磨损机制由磨粒磨损转变为黏着磨损,磨损量不断增大。利用数值仿真方法建立了磨损有限元模型并与磨损试验结果进行了比较,验证了磨损有限元模型的准确性。Bainite steel is widely used in railway switches,tracks,bearings,and wear-resistant plates.Abrasion,as one of the primary failure modes,has always been a focus of research.The research on abrasion mechanism of bainite steel was of great significance for its application.The abrasion mechanism of bainite steel was analyzed with abrasion tests and finite element simulations.The results showed that abrasion volume increases with the time increasing and the abrasion got into the adhesion.An abrasion finite element model was established with numerical simulation method,and its accuracy was confirmed by experiment.
