图书馆社交平台叙事主题特征及表达体系研究——以知乎“图书馆”话题为例

摘　　要：在社会化问答代表平台知乎网站中探索图书馆叙事的表达,有利于真实展现社会公众对图书馆的认知,准确把握图书馆未来发展方向。本文从知乎网站“图书馆”话题问答入手,统计问答主题,挖掘各类主题的叙事特征,建立图书馆话题叙事表达体系。研究发现,多数公众关注的问题与图书馆的公共属性和社会属性有关,图书馆今后在发展过程中要注重资源、环境和服务给读者带来的影响,扩大社会影响力,提升公众对图书馆的好感度。Investigating how libraries are narrated on the social Q&A representative platform Zhihu website can provide valuable insights into public perceptions and help guide the future development of libraries.This paper examines various library-related topics discussed on Zhihu,analyzing different types of responses to identify narrative characteristics and systems within these themes.The analysis reveals that public interest primarily around the public and social attribute of libraries.Key concerns include the impacts of resources,environment and services offered to readers.Therefore,this study suggests that future library development should focus on enhancing these aspects to expand social influence and positive image of libraries.
