摘 要:教师胜任力研究是建立全面、科学的教师评价体系的前提。在教育评价改革背景下,精准刻画高校教师胜任力是制定招聘标准、完善培养体系、衡量工作绩效等高校教师队伍建设关键环节的基础。文章以2005-2023年发表在CNKI中的371篇文献为样本,使用文献计量方法,对中国高校教师胜任力的研究现状、研究热点和前沿趋势进行了系统剖析。研究发现:教育政策调整是影响教师胜任力研究热点阶段性涌现的关键性因素;学者以独立研究为主,各机构之间合作不密切,研究方向相对比较分散,核心作者群尚未形成;研究主要围绕胜任力特征、模型和影响因素等方面展开。最后,结合新时代发展要求,文章从教师胜任力的评价工具、研究领域、实践应用等方向进行了展望。Research on teacher competency is a prerequisite for establishing a comprehensive and scientific teacher evaluation system. Against the backdrop of educational evaluation reform, accurately depicting the competencies of university teachers is fundamental for setting recruitment standards, refining training systems, and measuring work performance-all crucial aspects of university faculty development. This paper systematically analyzes the current state, research hotspots, and future trends of university teacher competency research in China, using a sample of 371 articles published on CNKI from 2005 to 2023 and employing bibliometric methods. The study finds that adjustments in educational policy are a critical factor influencing the periodic emergence of research hotspots in teacher competency. Research is primarily conducted independently with limited collaboration among institutions, leading to relatively dispersed research directions and the absence of a core group of authors. The research mainly focuses on the characteristics, models, and influencing factors of competency. Finally, in line with the requirements of the new era, this paper attempts to outline the future of the evaluation tools of teacher competency, research fields, and practical applications.
