摘  要:生物医药产业已成为大国竞争的重要领域,加快生物医药相关学科拔尖创新人才培养具有重大战略意义。文章基于知识生产模式理论,以中国北京协和医学院“4+4”试点班项目、美国加州大学旧金山分校医学院MSTP项目、日本东京大学WINGS-LST项目为例,从生源背景、培养目标、培养过程、培养路径、评价内容等维度对中美日一流大学拔尖创新医学人才项目进行了比较分析与反思。文章提出,我国拔尖创新医学人才培养应坚持“自上而下”与“自下而上”相结合的组织模式;单一的“点”式培养转向“线”式培养的培养理念;探索内部突破学科边界、外部拓展大学场域的培养机制;构建多元主体参与的科学化评价体系。The biopharmaceutical industry has become a critical arena for global competition, and accelerating the cultivation of elite innovative talents in medicine, a discipline strongly related to biopharmaceuticals, is essential for enhancing a nation's capacity for independent innovation, and it is of significant strategic importance for China to strengthen its global competitive advantage. Based on the theory of knowledge production modes, this study conducts a comparative analysis of elite innovative medical talent programs at top universities in China, the United States, and Japan, focusing on the "4+4" pilot class at Peking Union Medical College, the MSTP program at the University of California, San Francisco, and the WINGS-LST program at the University of Tokyo. By examining and reflecting on the five key dimensions: student sources, training objectives, training processes, training paths, and evaluation content, this paper proposes that the organizational model of elite innovative medical talent cultivation in China should adhere to the combination of "top-down" and "bottom-up" approaches. The training concept should shift from a single "point" training to a "line" concept. It also suggests exploring the training mechanism that internally breaks through the boundaries of disciplines and externally expands the university field, and constructing a scientific evaluation system with the participation of multiple stakeholders.
