美国社区学院“学习范式”转型的经验及启示

摘　　要：“学习范式”强调教育教学过程中学习的中心地位,目的在于实现从教向学的转变。在普及化高等教育阶段背景下,新建本科院校向“学习范式”转型是高质量发展的必然路径。借鉴美国社区学院如帕洛玛学院、瓦伦西亚学院、杰克逊学院向“学习范式”的转型经验,新建本科院校应在坚持特色发展的办学定位下,积极推进“学习范式”的转型,关注学生学习,强化学生学习参与,重视学生体验,营造自由活跃的学习氛围,同时,重视教师发展,构建师生学习共同体,共同推进学院的转型发展。The "Learning Paradigm" emphasizes the central role of learning in the educational process, and aims to realize the transformation from teaching to learning. In the context of building an education powerhouse, transitioning to the "Learning Paradigm" is an inevitable path for newly-built undergraduate colleges. By learning from the transformation experiences of Palomar College, Valencia College, and Jackson College, new undergraduate colleges should actively promote the transition to "Learning Paradigm" while adhering to their positioning of characteristic development. This involves focusing on student learning, enhancing the learning engagement of students, valuing student experiences, fostering a free and active learning atmosphere, and simultaneously emphasizing teacher development and building a teacher-student learning community to jointly advance the transformation and development of colleges.
