摘 要:探索了高职院校工科课程如何巧妙融合Scrum敏捷开发框架,以构建并实施一种创新的课程思政教学模式。通过对Scrum模式强调的团队协作、快速迭代与持续改进等核心理念的深度剖析,结合课程思政旨在培养学生职业素养、道德情操和社会责任感的目标要求,策划了一套系统化的实施路径。此路径旨在打破传统教学的界限,将专业知识的学习与价值观的培养无缝对接,使学生在掌握工程技能的同时,也能深刻理解并践行职业道德和社会责任,从而全面提升其综合素质与未来竞争力。通过这一模式的实施,力求能为高职教育领域带来一股新的活力与启示。This paper delves into the innovative integration of the agile development framework Scrum into vocational college engineering course,aiming to build and implement an innovative teaching model that integrates Ideological and Political Education(IPE)into it.By comprehensively analyzing the core principles of Scrum,including team collaboration,rapid iteration,and continuous improvement,and aligning them with the goal of cultivating students'professional ethics,moral emotion,and social responsibility through IPE,a systematic implementation path is meticulously designed.The path intends to break through the limitation of traditional teaching,seamlessly integrate the acquisition of professional knowledge with the cultivation of values,enabling students not only to master engineering skills but also to deeply understand and practice professional ethics and social responsibility,thereby comprehensively enhancing the overall quality and future competitiveness.By implementing this model,it is hoped to infuse new vitality and insights into the field of vocational education.
