摘  要:新能源汽车在制动过程中受多种因素影响,其电机制动系统与机械制动系统组成的复合制动系统输出的制动力矩与需求制动力矩存在较大误差。以后轴驱动的新能源商用车为研究对象,建立基于比例-积分-微分(PID)的前馈-反馈控制器和滑移率控制器,以机械制动力矩补偿电机制动力矩,通过模糊控制器输出制动力调整系数对制动力矩分配策略实现修正作用;通过Simulink仿真验证,在不影响制动安全性和能量回收率的情况下,实现整车制动响应速率、制动平稳性等方面性能的优化提升。New energy vehicles are affected by many factors in the braking process,and the output braking torque of the composite braking system composed of the motor braking system and the mechanical braking system has a large error with the required braking torque.This paper takes rear-axle-driven new energy commercial vehicles as the research object,establishes a feed-forward feedback controller and a slip rate controller based on proportional-integral-derivative(PID),compensates the motor braking torque with mechanical braking torque,and corrects the braking torque distribution strategy through the output braking force adjustment coefficient of the fuzzy controller.Through Simulink simulation verification,the vehicle's braking response speed and braking smoothness can be optimized without affecting braking safety and energy recovery.
