摘　　要：随着网络文学产业的飞速发展,青少年网文阅读成瘾现象日益凸显,对其人格发展产生了深远影响。本文旨在探究青少年网文阅读成瘾的内在机制及其对人格发展的负面影响。研究发现,青少年特有的快感追求心理需求、网文创作模式中设置的“爽点”套路以及网文产业升级运营的粉丝圈层文化,共同催化和强化了青少年的网文阅读成瘾。而网文阅读成瘾进一步导致了青少年审美观和价值观的异变,自我同一性和自我图式的破坏,以及人格异化和社会行为失范等问题。为促进青少年健康成长,亟需加强网络监管,优化阅读环境,提升网文质量。本文建议相关部门加强立法与监管,网文平台加强内容分级管理,学校和家庭加强青少年媒介素养教育,同时积极利用人工智能等高新技术推动网文产业转型升级,为青少年营造良好的网络文化生态。With the rapid development of the online literature industry,the phenomenon of online literature reading addiction among adolescents has become increasingly prominent,profoundly impacting their personality development.This study aims to investigate the internal mechanisms of adolescent online literature reading addiction and its negative effects on personality development.The findings reveal that adolescents’unique psychological need for pleasure-seeking,the“thrill point”formulas embedded in online literature creation,and the fan circle culture fostered by the upgraded operation of the online literature industry collectively catalyze and reinforce adolescents’addiction to online literature reading.Furthermore,online literature reading addiction leads to the alteration of adolescents’aesthetic values and moral values,the disruption of self-identity and self-schema,as well as issues such as personality alienation and social behavioral anomie.To promote the healthy growth of adolescents,it is imperative to strengthen internet regulation,optimize the reading environment,and enhance the quality of online literature.This paper suggests that relevant authorities should reinforce legislation and supervision,online literature platforms should strengthen content rating management,and schools and families should enhance adolescents’media literacy education.Simultaneously,actively leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence to drive the transformation and upgrading of the online literature industry is crucial for creating a favorable online cultural ecosystem for adolescents.
