摘 要:为保证大跨斜拉桥上轨道平顺性,以主跨300~1100 m的三座大跨度斜拉桥为研究对象,分析温度变形和施工偏差对轨道平顺性的影响。基于轨道平顺性提出了利用轨道结构可调整量的无砟轨道分层精调方案。考虑验收时轨道和桥梁成桥线形差异,通过对三座斜拉桥成桥线形进行无砟轨道分层精调,得到铺设无砟轨道大跨度斜拉桥成桥线形验收建议限值。结果表明:温度变形与桥梁施工偏差引起的60 m弦测大值位于桥塔等刚度突变位置。主跨300~1100 m大跨度斜拉桥温度变形和施工偏差60 m弦测值最大值分别为4.63、36.63 mm。以多组合弦平顺性和各层最大可调整量为约束条件,总调整量最小为优化目标,利用无砟轨道各层可调整量对成桥偏差逐点调整。充分利用无砟轨道可调整量,三座大跨度斜拉桥成桥线形60 m弦测值分别为29.75、27.21、33.10 mm。偏安全考虑,建议主跨300~700 m大跨度斜拉桥在施工偏差下的桥梁线形验收值采用60 m弦25 mm。In order to ensure the smoothness of the track on the long span cable-stayed bridge,three long span cablestayed bridges with the main span of 300~1100 m were taken as the research objects,and the smoothness characteristics of temperature deformation and construction deviation were analyzed.Based on the track smoothness,a layered fine adjustment scheme of ballastless track using the adjustable ability of track structure was proposed.Considering the difference between track deformation and bridge deformation during acceptance,the recommended limit value for acceptance of long span cable-stayed bridge with ballastless track was obtained by layered fine adjustment of the ballastless track of three cable-stayed bridges.The results show that the 60 m chord measurement value caused by the temperature deformation and the bridge construction deviation is located in the stiffness mutation position of the bridge tower.The maximum values of temperature deformation and construction deviation of 60 m chord measurement value for long span cable-stayed bridges with main span of 300~1100 m are 4.63 mm and 36.63 mm respectively.Taking the smoothness of multi-combination chords and the maximum adjustable amount of each layer as constraints,and the minimum total adjustment amount as the optimization goal,the adjustment ability of each layer of ballastless track is used to adjust the deviation of the bridge point by point.Taking full advantage of the adjustable capacity of ballastless track,the measured values of 60 m chords of three long span cable-stayed bridges are 29.75,27.21 and 33.10 mm.Considering the safety,it is recommended that the bridge alignment acceptance standard corresponding to the construction deviation of the main span 300~700 m long-span cable-stayed bridge is 25 mm while using 60 m chord measurement value.
