摘  要:针对钢花管劈裂注浆效果难以量化的科学难题,开展跨孔地震波层析成像波速测试原位试验,探究钢花管劈裂注浆前后地震波在黄土路堤地层内的传递规律,分析钢花管劈裂注浆对于地震波速的影响。结合钢花管挖探试验,验证跨孔CT(Computed Tomography)试验评价黄土路堤钢花管劈裂注浆效果的有效性。结果表明:试验区黄土路堤近地表1~5 m压实度较低,地震波在此深度范围内的波速较低;试验区地层深部干缩裂缝发育,局部亦呈现低波速区。钢花管常压注浆后7 d内,管周波速提升了约100 m/s;在注浆后2个月,管周波速提升幅度不变,仍为100 m/s。钢花管劈裂注浆后7 d内,管周波速提升了约100 m/s;在注浆后2个月,管周波速提升幅度进一步增加至200 m/s。试验成果为钢花管劈裂注浆效果的定量评价提供参考。To address the scientific challenge of quantifying the effectiveness of the splitting grouting of steel pipes,an in-situ test was conducted using cross-hole CT testing.This study investigated the transmission characteristics of seismic waves in the loess embankment strata before and after the steel pipe splitting grouting.Additionally,the influence of splitting grouting of steel pipes on the seismic wave velocity was analyzed.Combining steel pipe excavation tests,the effectiveness of cross-hole CT testing was validated for evaluating the splitting grouting effect of steel pipes in loess embankments.The results indicate that the compaction of the loess embankment is lower near the surface at depths of 1 to 5 meters in the test area,resulting in lower seismic wave velocities within this depth range.The near-surface layer from 1 to 5 meters has a relatively low degree of compaction,characterized as a low-speed zone.Shrinkage cracks in the deep layers of the experimental area are also characterized as low-speed zones.The peripheral wave velocity around the pipe increased by approximate 100 m/s within 7 days after common pressure grouting,and this increase remained unchanged 2 months later.The peripheral wave velocity around the pipe increased by approximate 100 m/s within 7 days after splitting grouting and increased further to 200 m/s 2 months later.These results provide a reference for the quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of the splitting grouting of steel pipes.
