摘 要:以存在连续多波轨向不平顺病害的一高速铁路某区段实测轨向不平顺数据为样本,通过时频特征分析确定了其连续多波轨向不平顺幅值及波长的分布特征。建立轮轨动力学模型,分析了不同幅值及波长的连续多波轨向不平顺对高速列车运行品质的影响。结果表明:高速铁路有砟轨道线路中存在一定波长范围的连续多波轨向不平顺,在时域幅值上均处于经常保养管理限值的范围内,中长波区段分布与Q/CR 508—2016《中国高速铁路有砟轨道谱》相近,但在6~11 m波长内存在明显周期性不平顺成分;连续多波轨向不平顺幅值主要分布在-2~-1 mm和1~2 mm区域内,波长主要分布在7~8 m和9~10 m区域内;在连续多波不平顺病害的激扰下,脱轨系数、轮重减载率、车辆横向振动加速度均处于管理值范围内,但是平稳性超出了管理限值。建议深化轨向连续多波轨向不平顺的检测与管理,制定相应的管理指标与限值。Taking the measured track alignment irregularity data of a certain section of a high speed railway with continuous multi wave track irregularities as a sample,the distribution characteristics of the amplitude and wavelength of continuous multi wave track irregularities were determined through time-frequency feature analysis.A wheel rail dynamics model was established to analyze the impact of continuous multi wave track alignment irregularities with different amplitudes and wavelengths on the operational quality of high speed trains.The results show that there are continuous multi wave track irregularities within a certain wavelength range in the ballasted track of high speed railways,and the amplitude in the time domain is within the range of regular maintenance management limits.The distribution of medium and long wave sections is similar to Q/CR 508—2016 China High Speed Railway Ballasted Track Spectrum,but there are obvious periodic irregularities in the wavelength range of 6~11 m.The amplitude of continuous multi wave track alignment irregularities is mainly distributed within-2~-1 mm and 1~2 mm,while the wavelength is mainly distributed within 7~8 m and 9~10 m.Under the disturbance of continuous multiple waves of irregularities diseases,the derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,and vehicle lateral vibration acceleration are all within the management range,but the stability exceeds the management limit.Deepening the detection and management of continuous multi wave track alignment irregularities,and developing corresponding management indicators and limits were suggested.
