新时代思政课强化系统性风险教育研究

摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》提出了新时代的中国共产党必须“统筹发展和安全”的重大历史任务,党的二十大报告中又再次强调了“统筹发展和安全,全力战胜前进道路上各种困难和挑战”这一重大任务,因而要着力防范和化解影响中华民族伟大复兴进程的系统性风险。系统性风险教育是思政课与时俱进的重要内容,在思政课中强化系统性风险教育是将系统性风险教育的内容贯穿于思政课教学过程之中,让青年学生充分认识系统性风险对国家安全的严重威胁,全面理解党关于防范和化解系统性风险的方针和政策,切实掌握预判和应对系统性风险方法的思想政治教育方式。青年学生承担着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史任务,而思政课强化系统性风险教育对于防控系统性风险、推动中国式现代化发展和中华民族伟大复兴具有十分重要的意义。The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experiences of the Party's Centennial Struggle,adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),puts forward the major historical task of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the new era—“coordinating between development and security”.The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC reemphasizes the major task of“coordinating between development and security and making all-out efforts to overcome all kinds of difficulties and challenges on the road ahead”.Thus,efforts on preventing and defusing systematic risks affecting the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation should be focused.The literacy of systematic risk is an important part in pushing the ideological and political courses to keep pace with the times.Strengthening the literacy of systematic risk is to run its content through the whole teaching process,so that young students can fully recognize its serious threat to national security,comprehensively understand the Party's policy and guidelines on preventing and resolving systemic risk,and practically master the methods of anticipating and responding to systemic risk.Young students bear the historical task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so it is of great significance for the ideological and political courses to strengthen the literacy of systematic risk in order to prevent and control it,and to promote the development of Chinese modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
