摘  要:文中介绍了蠕动泵的理论流量计算方法,不包括液体粘度、软管变形衰减等影响。仅对蠕动泵理论流量计算公式进行推导,与实际流量有一定差异,一般在20%以内。文中作出一定合理的假设,采用了牛顿-科特斯积分公式近似计算方法得出蠕动泵理论液枕体积,从而计算出理论流量。与实际流量进行了对比,推导的公式准确性较高,可作为相关技术人员设计参考。This article introduces the theoretical flow calculation method of peristaltic pumps,excluding the effects of liquid viscosity,hose deformation attenuation,etc.Only the theoretical flow calculation formula for peristaltic pumps is derived,which has a certain difference from the actual flow rate,generally within 20%.A certain reasonable assumption was made in the article,and the Newton-Cotes integral approximation method was used to obtain the theoretical liquid pillow volume of the peristaltic pump,thereby calculating the theoretical flow rate.Compared with the actual flow rate,the derived formula has high accuracy and can be used as a reference for relevant technical personnel in design.
