摘　　要：目的:应用文献计量学,探索2009-2023年载脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,APOE)与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的国内外研究现状、热点和趋势。方法:检索Web of Science 2009年1月-2023年12月APOE与AD相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.2.R6软件对2009年1月至2023年12月APOE与AD相关文献主题,以及发文作者、关键词、国家、机构等进行可视化分析。结果:2009-2023年,APOE与AD的相关研究文章发表数逐年上升,文献共计4452篇;美国是发文量最多的国家;关键词共现及关键词聚类分析显示“APOE”(载脂蛋白E)、“mild cognitive impairment”(轻度认知障碍)、“age”(年龄)等为国内外研究热点。结论:APOE对AD的研究将重点关注APOE的基因表型及其与AD的关系,以及融合基于APOE表型治疗,或转变表型来治疗AD的临床应用。Objective:This study aims to apply bibliometric methods to explore the global and domestic research status,trends,and emerging topics related to apolipoprotein E(APOE)and Alzheimer's disease(AD)from 2009 to 2023.Methods:We searched the Web of Science for literature on APOE and Alzheimer's disease from January 2009 to December 2023.The retrieved data were analyzed using CiteSpace(6.2.R6)software,with visualizations generated for authors,keywords,countries,institutions,and more.Results:From 2009 to 2023,the number of research articles on APOE and Alzheimer's disease increased steadily,with a total of 4,452 publications.The United States had the highest volume of publications.Keyword co-occurrence and clustering analyses revealed"APOE""mild cognitive impairment"and"age"as major research topics globally.Conclusion:Future research on APOE and AD will primarily focus on the genetic phenotypes of APOE and their relationship with AD,as well as exploring clinical applications of treatments targeting APOE phenotypes or altering these phenotypes to treat AD.
