摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)作为一种神经变性疾病,其发病机制异常复杂,涉及多种生物学过程。近年来,微小RNA(miRNA)与核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体含pyrin结构域蛋白3(nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain-containing 3,NLRP3)炎性小体在AD发病过程中的作用日益受到关注。本文从研究背景和研究意义出发,综述了当前关于miRNA介导的NLRP3炎性小体在AD进展中的作用及机制。希望能为深入理解AD的发病机制和探索新的治疗方法提供有益参考和为临床AD的治疗带来新的突破。Alzheimer's disease(AD),as a neurodegenerative disease,has an abnormally complex pathogenesis and involves various biological processes.In recent years,the role of miRNA and NLRP3 inflammasome in AD,Which has been increasingly drawing attention,is becoming more and more significant.Based on the research background and significance,the article summarizes the current understanding of the role and mechanisms of miRNA-mediated NLRP3 inflammasome in the progression of AD.It is hoped that it may provide useful reference for deeply understanding the pathogenesis of AD and exploring new treatment methods as well as bring new breakthroughs for the therapy of AD.
