盆底肌细胞网络中关键肌细胞节点的度量方法分析

摘　　要：女性盆底肌(pelvicfloormuscle,PFM)是封闭骨盆底的肌肉群.在由盆底肌细胞组成的网络结构中,各肌细胞节点的重要性是不同的.基于复杂网络和图论理论,根据中心性思想,分别从肌细胞节点的度、介数、核数、离心率中心性、紧密度中心性、特征向量中心性等指标对盆底肌细胞网络关键节点的重要性进行研究.实例验证结果表明,这些指标均能较好地从不同角度对盆底肌细胞网络中的肌细胞节点进行度量,并识别关键肌细胞节点,因而可为研究人员从局部及整体角度分析盆底肌细胞网络提供参考,也可为关键肌细胞节点的保护、唤醒、功能恢复等提供依据.The female pelvic floor muscle(PFM)is the muscle group that seals the pelvic floor.In the network structure composed of PFM,the importance of each myocyte node is different.Based on the theory of complex network and graph theory,the key nodes of PFM cell network were measured by degree,betweenness,coreness,eccentricity centrality,closeness centrality and eigenvector centrality.The verification results of the example showed that these indexes could measure the myocyte nodes in the PFM network from different angles and identify the key myocyte nodes.These indexes can provide a reference for researchers to analyze the PFM network from part and whole perspectives,and provide a basis for the protection,arousal and functional recovery of key myocyte nodes.
