摘  要:目的优化阳和汤中挥发性成分桂皮醛的包合工艺。方法基于单因素考察,以包合率、包合物得率为评价指标,比较不同的芳香挥发性药物(芳香水)与羟丙基-β-环糊精用量比例、包合方法、包合材料、包合时间,选取最佳包合工艺。结果最佳条件为芳香水与羟丙基-β-环糊精比例为10:1,转速为240 r/min,球磨1 h,然后置于40℃烘箱中干燥,包合率为84.04%,包合物得率为95.95%。结论建立的阳和汤挥发性成分包合工艺合理可行,可得到稳定包合物,使颗粒剂中桂皮醛含量与基准样品基本保持一致。Objective To optimize the inclusion process of cinnamaldehyde,a volatile component in Yanghe Decoction.Methods By conducting single factor experiments,different inclusion methods,inclusion materials,ratio of aromatic water to hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin,and inclusion time were compared as influencing factors.The evaluation indicators,including inclusion rate and yield of inclusion compounds,were used to determine the optimal inclusion process.Results The optimal inclusion process of cinnamaldehyde in Yanghe Decoction were as follows:The ratio of aromatic water to hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was 10:1,the rotational speed was at 240 r·min-1,ball milling lasted for one hour,and then was transferred to an oven at 40℃for drying.The inclusion rate was 84.04%,and the yield of inclusion compounds was 95.95%.Conclusion The established inclusion process of volatile components in Yanghe Decoction is reasonable and feasible,with which a stable inclusion compound can be obtained,and the content of cinnamaldehyde in the granules was basically consistent with that of the benchmark samples.
