摘  要:目的了解中医院校研究生跨专业合作学习现状及影响因素,为中医院校开展研究生跨专业教育提供参考。方法2023年7月至10月,对湖北中医药大学研究生采用一般资料调查表、中文版跨专业合作学习准备量表和职业使命感量表进行问卷调查。采用独立样本t检验或单因素方差分析探讨跨专业合作学习准备度得分在一般资料中的差异;采用Pearson相关分析探讨跨专业合作学习准备度与职业使命感的相关性;采用多元线性回归分析跨专业合作学习准备度的影响因素。结果共纳入160名研究对象。中医院校研究生跨专业合作学习准备度得分为(72.54±6.51)分,职业使命感量表得分为(38.99±5.69)分。户口所在地、对当前专业满意程度、对医学职业社会地位的认知和职业使命感水平是中医院校研究生跨专业合作学习准备度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论中医院校研究生跨专业合作学习态度较好,医学教育者应重视跨专业教育的重要性,结合影响因素针对性地进行职业教育,激发中医院校研究生内在学习动力,从而提升其跨专业合作学习能力。Objective To investigate the interprofessional cooperative learning status and its influencing factors of graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges to provide reference for their interprofessional learning education.Methods Between July and October 2023,graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine colleges were investigated and analyzed with the general information questionnaire,the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale and the Sense of Professional Mission Scale.Independent sample t test or one-way analysis of variance were used to explore the differences in the scores of readiness for interprofessional collaborative learning.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the readiness for interprofessional collaborative learning and the sense of professional mission.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of the readiness for interprofessional collaborative learning.Results A total of 160 graduate students were included.The total score of interprofessional cooperative learning readiness of graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges was(72.54±6.51),and the total score of the sense of professional mission was(38.99±5.69).The residence registration locations,satisfaction with the current major,cognition of the social status of the medical profession and sense of professional mission were the influencing factors of the interprofessional cooperative learning readiness of the graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges(P<0.05).Conclusion The graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges have a good attitude towards interprofessional cooperative learning.Medical educators should pay attention to the importance of interprofessional learning education,carry out targeted vocational education according to the influencing factors,and stimulate the internal learning motivation of graduate students in Chinese medicine colleges to improve their interprofessional learning ability.
