摘　　要：融合浮动车速度数据与卡口路段流量数据,构建区域流量-速度关系模型,基于该模型提出一种区域交通拥堵预警方法,并给出预警流量和速度阈值的具体计算方法。同时,以广州市天河区为例验证该方法的可行性。研究表明,该技术方法可应用于各城市的主要拥堵区域,并为交通管理与决策提供支撑。A regional traffic congestion warning method is proposed based on a regional traffic flow-speed relationship model,which is constructed by integrating the floating vehicle speed data and the bayonet traffic flow data,and the specific calcula-tion method of warning flow and speed threshold is given.Meanwhile,using Tianhe District of Guangzhou as a case to study.Research has shown that this technical method can be applied to major congested areas in various cities and assist in traf-fic management and decision-making.
