发展新质生产力背景下名编辑培养路径探索

摘　　要：发展新质生产力,对名编辑的培养提出了具备跨学科知识、数字技术应用能力、创新思维和市场洞察力的复合型要求。当前名编辑培养面临着推动出版数字化技术发展、拓展多样化平台、提升内容生态丰富度和读者参与度的机遇,也需要应对技术门槛提高、信息过载与内容同质化、受众需求多元化等挑战。在发展新质生产力的引领下培养名编辑,应推动编辑出版专业教育体系的改革与创新,设计多样化的编辑职业发展路径,开展专业化技术培训,着力培养创新思维,打造出版行业良好的生态。The development of new quality productivity forces puts forward compound requirements for the cultivation of renowned editors,including interdisciplinary knowledge,digital technology application capabilities,innovative thinking,and market insight.Currently,the cultivation of renowned editors faces opportunities such as promoting the development of digital publishing technologies,expanding diverse platforms,and enhancing the richness of the content ecosystem and increasing reader participation.However,it also needs to address challenges such as the increase in technical thresholds,information overload and content homogenization,and the diversification of audience demands.To cultivate renowned editors under the guidance of the development of new quality productivity forces,we should promote the reform and innovation of the professional education system for editing and publishing,design diverse career development paths for editors,carry out professional technical training,focus on cultivating innovative thinking,and create a favorable ecosystem in the publishing industry.
