摘　　要：本研究探讨了外部关爱因素对于西部农村留守儿童实施触法风险行为的影响关系及留守儿童自身心理健康状况的中介作用。本研究选取西部9个省份35所乡镇中小学的797名留守儿童作为研究对象,结果表明:第一,相较于留守女童、小学生及西南地区留守儿童,留守男童、初中生及西北地区留守儿童实施触法行为的风险较大;第二,外部关爱情况负向影响触法风险行为的实施频率;第三,心理健康状况在外部关爱与西部农村留守儿童实施触法风险行为之间具有中介作用。为了防范西部农村留守儿童实施触法行为,应加强专项教育以增强积极心理特质,强化监护能力及效果以加强家庭预防,提升学校人文氛围以强化学校预防,多措并举以完善社会预防。The study discusses the influence of external care factors on the law-violating risk behavior of rural left-behind children in Western China,and the intermediary role of left-behind children's mental health status.In this study,797 left-behind children of primary and secondary schools from 35 township in 9 western provinces were selected as the research objects.The results show that:first,compared with leftbehind girls,primary school students and children in Southwest China,left-behind boys,middle school students and left-behind children in Northwest China have greater risk of law-violating behavior;second,the external care situation negatively affects the implementation frequency of law-violating risk behavior;third,mental health status has an intermediary role between external care and the law-violating risk behavior of left-behind children in Western China.In order to prevent the law-violating risk behavior of left-behind children in Western China,it’s necessary to enhance the positive psychological characteristics by strengthening the special education,strengthen the monitoring ability and effect to strengthen the family prevention,enhance the humanistic atmosphere of school to strengthen the school prevention,and take multiple measures to improve the social prevention.
