陕北山地栽培灵芝的生长特性及品质研究

摘　　要：为提高陕北地区人工栽培的灵芝品质,以灵芝Ganderma lucidum CGMCC 5.616为实验材料,比较研究了仿野生和温室两种栽培模式下灵芝的生长特性、活性成分的含量。结果表明,仿野生栽培的灵芝子实体形态更接近野生灵芝的特性,且仿野生栽培灵芝的灰分、有机锗元素、多糖、核苷、甾醇、多酚及灵芝三萜含量都是显著高于温室栽培的灵芝,且差异显著。而温室栽培灵芝的蛋白质、脂肪和粗纤维的含量显著高于仿野生栽培的灵芝。研究初步表明了仿野生和温室灵芝各有优势,但仿野生栽培的灵芝其品质要高于温室灵芝。该研究为灵芝的仿野生栽培技术在陕北的进一步推广提供一定的理论依据。To improve the quality of artificially cultivated Ganoderma lucidum in northern Shannxi,the growth characteristics and active ingredients contents of G.lucidum were studied under two cultivation modes of imitation wild and greenhouse with G.lucidum CGMCC 5.616 was taked as the experimental material.The results showed that the imitated wild cultivated G.lucidum had more similar fruiting body morphology to wild G.lucidum compared to the greenhouse,and the contents ash,organic germanium element,polysaccharides,nucleosides,sterols,polyphenols and triterpenoids contents of imitated wild cultivated G.lucidum were significantly higher than those of the greenhouse.The content protein,fat and crude fiber contents of greenhouse cultivated G.lucidum was significantly higher than those of imitated wild G.lucidum.The results indicated that both imitation wild and greenhouse G.lucidum had their own advantages,but the quality of imitated wild cultivated G.lucidum was much higher than that of the greenhouse G.lucidum.This study provides a theoretical basis for the further promotion of the imitation wild cultivation technology of G.lucidum in northern Shaanxi.
