摘　　要：胃癌是全球第五大确诊恶性肿瘤,是癌症相关死亡的第三大常见原因。由于胃癌早期通常无症状或伴有非特异性症状,且晚期胃癌患者预后差,故研究对胃癌的早期诊断、疾病预后判断及治疗指导有效的生物标志物至关重要。近年来,与胃癌相关的分子研究大量存在,包括与肿瘤发生发展调控相关的潜在分子、可提示肿瘤侵袭性及判断疾病预后的因子,以及与化疗药物耐药性相关的信号通路及潜在治疗靶点。本文将系统阐述神经突起因子(Neuritin)、Ⅲ型β-微管蛋白(Type Ⅲ β-Microtubule protein,TUBB3)及PI3K/Akt信号通路的研究进展,并围绕Neuritin、TUBB3及PI3K/Akt信号通路在胃癌中潜在的生物学效应及相互作用进行讨论。Gastric cancer is the fifth most diagnosed malignancy worldwide and the third most common cause of cancer-related death.Because gastric cancer is usually asymptomatic or with nonspecific symptoms in the early stage,,and patients with advanced gastric cancer have a poor prognosis,so it is crucial to study the effective biomarkers for the early diagnosis,disease prognosis judgment and treatment guidance of gastric cancer.In recent years,molecular studies related to gastric cancer exist,including potential molecules related to the regulation of tumor occurrence and development,factors that can suggest tumor aggressiveness and determine disease prognosis,as well as signaling pathways and potential therapeutic targets related to resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs.In this paper,we will discuss the progress of neurite factor(Neuritin),typeβ-tubulin(Type IIIβ-Microtubule protein,TUBB3)and PI3K/Akt signaling,and discuss the potential biological effects and interactions of Neuritin,TUBB3 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling in gastric cancer.
