摘　　要：综述康复动机的相关概念及理论框架、康复动机的评价工具、影响因素及提高康复动机的干预策略(包括动机访谈、促进决策能力和运动再学习能力、奖励策略结合经颅直流电刺激),以期为提高我国脑卒中患者康复动机及制定相关护理措施提供参考。It reviewed the related concepts and theoretical framework of rehabilitation motivation,evaluation tools of rehabilitation motivation,influencing factors and intervention strategies to improve rehabilitation motivation(including motivation interview,promotion of decision-making ability and motor relearning ability,reward strategy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation),in order to provide reference for improving rehabilitation motivation of stroke patients in China and formulating relevant nursing measures.
