摘 要:病理学作为基础医学与临床医学的桥梁学科,在医学教育中具有重要作用。传统的病理学教学以教师为中心,课堂教学以教师讲授理论知识为主,学生学习的积极性不高、课堂参与度较低,教学效果欠佳。通过实施案例教学,可以激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的临床思维能力。本研究旨在初步建设病理学案例库,将其应用于案例教学、实验教学、期末考试等多种教学活动中,改变传统的教学模式,提升病理学课程的教学质量,提高学生的自主学习能力,锻炼学生的临床思维能力,以适应临床医学新型应用人才培养的需要。As a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine,pathology plays an important role in medical education.The traditional pathology teaching is teacher-centered,and the classroom teaching is mainly based on the teacher's teaching of theoretical knowledge,the students'enthusiasm for learning is not high,the classroom participation is low,and the teaching effect is not good.Through the implementation of case teaching,students'interest in learning can be stimulated and students'clinical thinking ability can be cultivated.The purpose of this study is to preliminarily construct a pathology case database and apply it to various teaching activities such as case teaching,experimental teaching,and final examination,so as to change the traditional teaching mode,improve the teaching quality of pathology courses,improve students'independent learning ability,and exercise students'clinical thinking ability,so as to meet the needs of cultivating new applied talents in clinical medicine.
