摘  要:目的:探讨以文献为导向的自我学习(Reference-Induced Selfeducation,RISE)和案例基础的学习教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)及标准化患者(Standardized Patient,SP)相结合的应用在住院医师规范化培训中应用于牙体牙髓科的研究。方法:选择4组轮转牙体牙髓科住培学员共30名,分别应用"CBL+RISE+SP"教学法,在轮转1月后及3月出科时对学员进行满意度问卷调查及综合考核。结果:所有学生调查评价在激发学习积极性和兴趣、有利于临床思维模式的建立、有利于提高分析问题及解决问题的能力、提高查阅文献的能力、提高语言组织表达能力、提高团队协作能力、有利于知识点记忆和巩固、提高学习效率均评价为满意及以上;在专业学科综合考核方面在1月日常考与3月出科考核对比中发现,所有学员成绩在各方面均有提高,且差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过“CBL+RISE+SP”教学法可有效提高口腔住培医师岗位胜任力。Objective:To explore the application of the literature oriented self-learning(RISE),case-based learning(CBL)teaching method and standardized patient(SP)in the standardized training of residents in the dentistry department.Methods:30 students were enrolled in the dental pulp department of rotation as four groups.Using the teaching method of"CBL+RISE+SP"respectively,a questionnaire survey and comprehensive assessment were conducted on the students after 1 month of rotation and 3 months after graduation.Results:All the students were very satisfied in stimulating their learning enthusiasm and interest,conducive to the establishment of clinical thinking mode,conducive to improving the ability of analyzing and solving problems,improving the ability of literature review,improving the ability of language organization and expression,improving the ability of teamwork,conducive to the memorization and consolidation of knowledge points,and improving the learning efficiency.In the aspect of comprehensive examination of professional disciplines,the comparison between daily examination in January and entrance examination in March found that all students'performance had improved in all aspects,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The teaching method of"CBL+RISE+SP"can effectively improve the post competency of oral resident training physicians.
