补贴退坡下考虑双积分政策的汽车供应链定价决策研究

摘  要:新能源汽车补贴政策逐步退坡,双积分政策成为政府对新能源汽车由政策驱动迈向市场调节的重要举措,汽车供应链面临着如何为新能源汽车和传统燃油汽车合理定价的全新挑战。以一个汽车制造商和两个零售商组成的供应链为研究对象,构建消费者效用函数,在补贴退坡和双积分政策组合下,采用Stackelberg模型分析汽车供应链最优定价与生产决策,分析补贴退坡和双积分政策对汽车供应链定价与生产决策的影响,探究该政策对汽车供应链成员的作用机制。最后,通过数值分析验证双积分政策的作用效果。结果表明:补贴退坡政策导致新能源汽车需求减少,而双积分政策具有对冲作用,进而促进新能源汽车的发展;新能源汽车的批发价格随着积分交易价格的提高而降低,故制造商可通过降低价格来提高新能源汽车的需求;此外,消费者环保意识水平的提高更有利于提升新能源汽车制造商的利润。The subsidy policy for new energy vehicles is gradually being reduced, and the dual credit policy has become an important measure for the government to transition from policy-driven to marketregulated new energy vehicles. The automotive supply chain is facing new challenges in how to set reasonable prices for new energy vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles. Taking a car manufacturer and two retailers as the research objects, a consumer utility function was constructed. Under different combinations of subsidy reduction and dual credit policies, the Stackelberg model was used to analyze the optimal pricing and production decisions in the automotive supply chain. The impact of subsidy reduction and dual credit policies on pricing and production decisions in the automotive supply chain was analyzed to explore the mechanism of these policies on the members of the automotive supply chain. Finally, the effectiveness of the dual credit policy was verified through numerical analysis. The results indicate that the subsidy reduction policy leads to a decrease in demand for new energy vehicles, while the dual credit policy has a hedging effect and promotes the development of new energy vehicles. The wholesale price of new energy vehicles decreases as the credit trading price increases, so manufacturers can increase the demand for new energy vehicles by lowering the price. Additionally, an increase in consumer environmental awareness is beneficial for improving the profits of new energy vehicle manufacturers.
