高校实验室资产管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高校实验室资产管理在管理模式、制度建设、信息化水平等方面取得了长足的进步,但仍存在资产管理制度执行不到位、配置与采购不够经济、使用率偏低而损毁率偏高、报废标准和方式单一等问题。强化资产信息化管理、资产购置管理、实验室建设立项管理,探索灵活处置实验室报废资产的新方法,可有效解决当前高校实验室资产管理中的问题,实现高校实验室资产科学有序管理。Universities have made significant progress in laboratory asset management as regards to management models,institutional construction,and information technology level.However,research has found that there are still problems in university laboratories,such as inadequate implementation of asset management system,uneconomical allocation and procurement,low utilization rate and high damage rate,and single standard and method for retired assets.Promoting information management,strengthening laboratory construction and asset procurement approval management,and exploring new methods for flexible disposal of retired laboratory assets can effectively solve the problems in current university laboratory asset management and achieve scientific and orderly management of university laboratory assets.
