摘　　要：目的:调查嘉兴市居民对商业长期护理保险(长护险)的参保意愿及需求偏好,为商业长护险发展提供建议。方法:利用横断面调查,采用描述性分析方法,分析样本人群商业长护险参保意愿及产品需求。结果:1432名受访对象中,愿意购买或有兴趣购买商业长护险的占46.51%,不愿意购买的原因主要包括已加入社会长期护理保险、经济状况限制、有其他方式解决护理需求等;41.83%的受访者希望提供现金和实物结合的给付形式;受访者对医疗相关服务和日间综合服务的需求较大,期望缴费标准集中在100~400元/月。结论:商业保险公司应基于消费者购买意愿推出长护险产品,以特色优势带动推广宣传;建立多样化赔付机制,拓展服务项目,适应多样化需求;以数据为支撑,设置差异化保险费率。Objective To investigate the willingness to participate in commercial long-term care insurance(LTCI)and demand preferences of residents in Jiaxing City.Methods Cross-sectional survey and descriptive analysis were used to analyze the willingness to participate in commercial LTCI and product demand of the sample population.Results A total of 1432 survey respondents,46.51%were willing to purchase or were interested in commercial LTCI.The reasons for not wanting to purchase mainly included:being enrolled in social LTCI,financial constraints,and having other ways to address care needs.41.83%of respondents hoped that commercial LTCI could provide a combination of cash and in-kind payment forms.The respondents had a greater demand for healthcare-related services and daytime comprehensive services,and the expected payment standard for commercial LTCI was mainly centered on RMB 100-400/month.Conclusion Commercial insurance companies should launch LTCI products based on consumer purchase intentions,establish diversified compensation mechanisms and expand service programs to adapt to diversified needs,and set differentiated insurance rates supported by data.
