摘　　要：高校精英人才培养是指围绕教育教学目标,通过创设良好的教学条件和学习环境,培养具有高深知识、卓越能力和优秀综合素质的精英人才。地方高校精英人才培养普遍存在教育观念滞后、教学模式创新性不足、考核评价单一等问题。在高等教育普及化背景下,乐山师范学院为打造办学特色,创新开展精英教育,从坚定培养理念、优化培养方案、创新教学模式和完善评价体系等方面探索精英人才培养模式。通过问卷调研,根据数据结果反馈采取的系列举措合理有效,并取得了阶段性成果,从而为地方应用型本科院校精英人才的培养提供借鉴。Cultivation of elite talents in colleges and universities refers to the cultivation of elite talents with advanced knowledge,excellent ability and excellent comprehensive quality by creating good teaching conditions and learning environment around the education and teaching goals.There are many problems in the cultivation of elite talents in local colleges and universities,such as the lagging education concept,lack of innovation in teaching mode and single assessment.Under the background of popularization of higher education,in order to create characteristic and innovate elite education,Leshan Normal University explores the mode of elite talent training from the aspects of strengthening training concept,optimizing training program,innovating teaching mode and improving evaluation system.Through questionnaire survey,the series of measures taken by data feedback are proved reasonable and effective,and have achieved phased results,thus providing reference for the training of elite talents in local application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
