工程教育创新背景下的机械类项目式生产实习教学模式研究

摘　　要：随着工程教育的不断发展,机械类生产实习教学面临着新的挑战,作为连接大学生与未来工作的纽带,其模式改革创新刻不容缓。为此提出了一种项目式的机械类生产实习教学改革模式,以企业在研项目开发实训内容,合理分解产品需求,建立融合多端的实训课程体系和更人性化的支持体系,外引内培和柔性聘用优化实训人才队伍,强调交叉融合终身学习的工程师文化内核。通过教学模式改革,将理论与实践紧密结合起来,实现更加面向现代企业产品开发模式的机械类生产实习教学,为机械类生产实习教学改革提供了新思路和新方法。With the continuous development of engineering education,mechanical production practice teaching is facing new challenges.As a link between college students and future jobs,its mode reform and innovation is urgent.Therefore,a project-based teaching reform of mechanical production practice is proposed,which develops training content with enterprise research projects,reasonably decomposes product requirements,establishes a training curriculum system and a more humanized support system,optimizes the training talent team with external introduction and internal training flexibility,and emphasizes the cross-integration of lifelong learning engineer cultural core.Through the reform of teaching mode,the theory and practice are closely combined,and the practice teaching of machinery production is more oriented to the modern enterprise product development mode,which provides new ideas and new methods for the practice teaching reform of machinery production.
