摘 要:书院制改革建设是当前高校学生教育管理的新格局,高校创新创业教育资源整合协同育人存在管理服务、校内外人力、实践、教育教学资源等协同壁垒,在实证调查基础上,围绕管理服务机制、协同校内外人力资源、共建共享校内外实践资源、优化教育教学资源等角度提出协同育人机制,以期提升高校创新创业教育质量,拓宽人才培养渠道,推动创新创业资源循环利用,发挥校企联动优势,改善大学生就业创业环境,为社会提供更多优质的复合型创新创业人才。The reform and construction of the academy system is a new pattern in the current management of student education in universities.The integration and collaborative education of innovative and entrepreneurial education resources in universities face collaborative barriers such as management services,internal and external human resources,practice,and educational and teaching resources.Based on empirical investigations,this article proposes a collaborative education mechanism from the perspectives of good management service mechanism,collaborative internal and external human resources,construction and sharing of internal and external practical resources,and optimization of educational and teaching resources,in order to promote the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,broaden talent training channels,promote the recycling of innovation and entrepreneurship resources,leverage the advantages of school enterprise linkage,improve the employment and entrepreneurship environment for college students,and provide society with more high-quality composite innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
