摘  要:当前社会对高素质人才的需求日益增长,大学基金会有灵活性和创新性的特有属性,可以为大学创新人才培养模式提供如资金支持、资源整合、项目策划等有力支持,因此大学基金会在培养人才方面的作用日益凸显。就如何利用基金会的资源和平台优势,构建更加适应时代需求的人才培养模式,从大学基金会的角度,深入剖析其在人才培养方面的优势和不足。结合国内外优秀大学基金会的成功案例,为大学创新人才培养模式提供可行性建议和思路,分析不同模式下培养人才的效果和影响。旨在探索创新的人才培养模式,充分发挥大学基金会的办学优势。The demand for high-quality talents in current society is increasing day by day.University foundations have unique attributes of flexibility and innovation,which can provide strong support for innovative talent training models in universities,such as funding support,resource integration,project planning,etc.Therefore,the role of university foundations in talent cultivation is becoming increasingly prominent.This article delves into how to leverage the resources and platform advantages of foundations to construct a talent cultivation model more responsive to the demands of the era.From the perspective of university foundations,it thoroughly examines their strengths and weaknesses in talent cultivation.The article also combines successful cases of outstanding university foundations at home and abroad to provide feasible suggestions and ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in universities,and analyzes the effects and impacts of cultivating talents under different models.The aim is to explore innovative talent cultivation models and give full play to the advantages of university foundations in running schools.
