摘  要:在全球化日益加深的新时代,外语教育承载着语言技能传授的使命,同时也肩负着文化传播、国际理解及价值观塑造的重任。在“三进”背景下,高校第二外语课程作为英语专业的必修课程和非英语专业的公选课程,应当牢牢把握外语教育的价值导向性,在课程中践行“三进”思想,基于文化自信这一理念,引领学生树立正确的文化观,指导学生对外国文化可能产生的负面影响保持审慎态度,对中国文化自觉形成荣誉感和认同感,增强学生的文化自信,学会用外语讲好中国故事,探索适合高校第二外语课程的思政理路。In the new era of deepening globalization,foreign language education carries the mission of teaching language skills,as well as the important tasks of cultural communication,international understanding and value shaping.Under the background of“three-integration”,as a compulsory course for English majors and an elective course for non-English majors,the second foreign language course in colleges and universities should firmly grasp the value orientation of foreign language education,practice the“three-integration”thought in the course,based on the core concept of Chinese cultural confidence,lead students to establish correct cultural,value and ideological views,guide students to keep a prudent attitude towards the possible negative effects of foreign culture,consciously form a sense of honor and identity of Chinese culture,enhance Chinese cultural confidence,learn to use foreign languages to tell Chinese stories well,and explore the logical thinking for the curriculum ideology and politics.
