新质生产力背景下高校资助育人工作的思考

摘　　要：目前高校发展型资助育人工作存在家庭经济困难精准认定机制不够健全、学生成长支持资源分散、学生毕业反哺机制缺失等问题。新质生产力是2024年的时政热点词汇,强调要以科技创新推动传统工作模式的创新。受新质生产力概念启发,在传统的高校发展型资助育人工作中探索科技创新的着力点,以期通过大数据和人工智能技术,从家庭经济困难认定系统、困难学生成长支持系统和学生毕业追踪回馈系统三方面入手,打造高校发展型资助育人信息平台,切实解决工作难题,提高工作效率,落实育人效果,推动资助育人工作高质量发展,彰显新时代中国特色社会主义的教育公平和优势。At present,there are problems in the development-oriented funding and education work in colleges and universities,such as the incomplete precise identification mechanism for students from economically disadvantaged families,the scattered resources for supporting students’growth,and the lack of a feedback mechanism for students’graduation.The concept of“new productive forces”is a hot topic in the political field in 2024,emphasizing the promotion of innovation in traditional work modes through technological innovation.Inspired by the concept of“new productive forces”,the author explores the focal points of scientific and technological innovation in the traditional development-oriented funding and education work in colleges and universities.It is expected to build an information platform for development-oriented funding and education in colleges and universities from three aspects:the identification system for students from economically disadvantaged families,the growth support system for students in need,and the tracking and feedback system for students’graduation,by utilizing big data and artificial intelligence technology.This will effectively solve work problems,improve work efficiency,implement the effect of educating talents,promote the high-quality development of funding and education work,and demonstrate the educational fairness and advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
